Ana Paulina is an architect who graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where she received an honorable mention for her professional thesis, later published in the Legado 2023 edition. She has experience in architectural design, BIM modeling, and project documentation, contributing to large-scale architectural developments. Among her most notable work is the coordination, modeling, and documentation of the façade for Torre Thompson on Reforma, as well as the BIM modeling for its residential interiors. To complement her academic background, she completed a diploma in Energy Efficiency and Adaptive Control, along with participation in a remote summer school on energy efficiency in buildings at the Institute of Distance Learning of Beuth University of Applied Sciences.

Her professional experience is broad and diverse. Over the past seven years, she has collaborated with firms and institutions such as Z+1 Arquitectos, the Secretaría de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU), and Colonnier Arquitectos. She is currently an Architect at AMA, where she contributes to collaborative design processes, technical coordination, and the development of high-quality architectural projects, particularly through the creation and management of Revit models for interior design projects.

For Ana, water is a central element in her approach to design, reflected in references such as the Rain Pavilion in Hefei, China, where she recognizes a sensitive and meticulous approach to space, aligning with her detail-oriented approach to design. Her interests extend to material contrasts, finding affinity in both the solidity of stone and the lightness of wood, as well as in the work of Lina Bo Bardi. This sensitivity is also present in her personal practices, such as watercolor. Additionally, she finds inspiration in moments of introspection, cinema, and her recent exploration of sewing and garment-making.
