Fernando is an economist who graduated from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), Unidad Xochimilco, and is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at the Faculty of Accounting and Administration at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). His academic background is further strengthened by a diploma in Mathematics from the Colegio Nacional de Matemáticas (CONAMAT) and a diploma in the History of Economic Thought from Banco de México.

He has experience in research and academic publication, having worked as a research assistant at the Center for Eurasian Studies at UAM Xochimilco. He co-authored the article Ucrania entre la Unión Europea y la desintegración estatal, published in the book El incierto panorama de la economía mundial, a project that earned first place in the ESRU Opina 2008 competition. His professional trajectory also includes seven years as Inventory Coordinator at Comedor Santa María, A.C., where he contributed to inventory management, product organization, and the implementation of administrative and operational processes that improved efficiency and control.

He currently serves as an Administrative Coordinator at AMA, where he is responsible for managing, evaluating, and allocating the studio’s financial resources. He also supports the team across a wide range of operational needs, promoting efficient coordination of resources and ensuring a work environment that allows all team members to perform effectively. His role contributes to maintaining a well-organized, collaborative, and supportive workplace.

Fernando finds inspiration in the legacy of the Mayan civilization and in reading, identifying earth as a fundamental element both in design and in everyday life. Beyond his professional role, he values time spent at home with his family and enjoys engaging in physical exercise, maintaining a balanced and grounded lifestyle.
