Paula Carvallo

Interior Design Intern

Paula is an interior architecture student from Mexico City, currently pursuing her degree at Universidad Anáhuac. She serves as an intern at AMA, where she supports the Interior Design team in the development of design proposals and project coordination.

Her academic background is defined by a proactive and committed approach, recognized by her professors for her positive attitude, dedication, and consistency. She brings a strong willingness to learn and contribute, approaching each task as an opportunity to grow within the discipline. Paula engages in her role with curiosity and responsibility, actively contributing to the studio’s collaborative environment while continuously developing her skills.

Paula approaches design through a sensory perspective, resonating with the work of architects such as Javier Senosiain and Santiago Calatrava, whose projects explore space through experience, movement, and perception. References like the Nido de Quetzalcóatl reflect this shared approach. Elements such as water and movement play a central role in her understanding of space. She is also interested in photography, exploring new places, and discovering music, bringing an exploratory and perceptive perspective that enriches the team’s creative process.
