Ricardo was born in 1988 in Mexico City. He holds a degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from the Faculty of Higher Studies Aragón (FES Aragón) at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He has completed two diploma programs: one focused on preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam through BSG Institute International, and another in fire protection systems delivered by Durman. He is also an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

He has professional experience with GICSA, México Retail Properties, and Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, participating in large-scale, high-end residential and commercial projects, coordinating MEP systems. He has contributed to LEED Gold certifications for projects such as Corporativo GM CAII and Homero 1317, as well as the EDGE certification for a sustainable rainwater reuse system at Punto Mar Acapulco Diamante. His experience also includes projects such as Aldea Zama (WAF 2018 Best Residential Project, Riviera Maya) and Academia Atlas (Plan Awards 2024 winner for environmental integration and sustainable materials use).

In 2024, Ricardo joined AMA, where he contributes to the direction and management of projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations. He coordinates multidisciplinary teams, enabling the efficient integration of various specialties, leads RFP bidding processes, and oversees procedures and contracting within engineering disciplines.

Ricardo enjoys art, but finds his strongest source of inspiration in solitude and running. Water stands out as his element of choice, while Zaha Hadid remains a key reference in shaping his design perspective. Among the spaces he connects with most is Parque Toreo, an urban complex located in the western part of Mexico City that combines commercial, corporate, and leisure programs.
