Published on Dezeen, the SOM red skyscraper, Legend Tower, in Guadalajara is presented as a mixed-use tower defined by its striking red façade and vertical articulation. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, in collaboration with Esrawe and Mexico City architecture studio AMA, the project integrates residential, office, and commercial programs within a single structure, contributing to the city’s evolving skyline.
The article highlights how the building’s materiality and color respond to the local context while establishing a strong visual identity.
